STEVE MULLER Return Policy
At STEVE MULLER, we are confident that you will be delighted with your new STEVE MULLER watch. However, in the rare event that you are not completely satisfied or if any shipping damages occur, you may request a refund within 14 days of receipt. If the issue is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the shipping fees, and a $15 charge will be applied to cover the initial shipping costs. Please contact us via email, and we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
Warranty
For any movement-related issues, we offer a 24-month warranty, providing a replacement with a brand-new movement. We will bear the shipping costs if the issue is due to our responsibility.
